Project Description
Located in the centre of Little Hulton, Salford, Seddon Developments acquired a brownfield site which was transformed into a mixed use retail scheme anchored by tenants Netto and Farm Foods. The 24,000 sq ft investment scheme incorporated the demolition of existing dilapidated buildings at the site and the construction of this prominently positioned retail development.
