Project Description
Having outgrown its existing premises – comprising a number of different buildings that it had occupied since 1897 - Seddon Developments’ sister company G&J Seddon identified the need for alternative purpose built accommodation. A hugely prominent site located just off junction 4 of the M61 was identified and a £3 million headquarters building was completed in September 2004.
